Removing paint dots from steeringwheel ?

Ive accidently managed to transfer some spots of white industrial gloss paint on to my leather steering wheel, has anyone any removal tips ? I was thinking thinners on a cotton bud , obviously not good for the leather or the colour pigment but what else is there ?

You should be ok as long as you do it in small amounts and make sure you feed the leather stright after.
