I am very impressed with my Sparco evo's  :happy2:

I knew I'd seen them somewhere before.  :happy2:

Is the polo actually wider than the golf?  Looks like it in the pictures

Nope, definitely narrower.

Golf MKV ED30 = 1759mm excluding mirrors.
Polo GTI = 1682mm excluding mirrors.

Do you know what the mounting options are John?

For the Tillett seats?
Either side mount or sliding runners - based on the T4 seat.

or the Sparco Evo seats?
The seat info says side mount, but the sidemounts can fit on Sparco's own runners. SteveP would be the best person to ask for this. :happy2:

Still drwn to the Tillet seats though!

B3.5  1.8Kg

Would be pretty uncomfortable though Mike although that is fooooking lightweight

I could pretend to be comfy @ 1.8Kg  :signLOL: :signLOL: :signLOL:

There so light you could afford to bring a cushion obviously not too heavy. There pretty cheap too hmmm impulse buying is not good for the wallet ive already pretty much bought an rns 510 today

1.8Kg is insane.  Replacing the fronts with them would save you around 45-50kg of weight :surprised: but cost you a few grand in chiropractor corrective works

Whats the weight of the sparcos compared to stock seats.

I thuink seats is a step to far for me, its still the daily runner for us.

well I'm no lightweight, so I doubt if I'd fit in the Tillett seats. The Evo ones can be had in "more adequate" sizes and all in would weigh approx 12kg including the mounts.

The Tillett seats may only be 1.8kg, but you will still have to add a few kilo's for mounting kits. Still a great saving over stock though.

Are the seats in the Polo as heavy as they were in the Eddy?  I have 30Kgs in mind for the Cupra seats?

So, it is the return of the Performance box.

0-60mph runs on a flat surface and done each way. Surface was dry, but with some mud in parts. Tyres were normal road tyres (not semi slicks), the car had it's full interior minus the spare (aerosol onboard!) and a full tank of fuel. Runs were done in sport mode with the traction control off.

0-60mph in 5.1 second both ways   :driver:

Here is a pic of the performance box screen.
