Now that is very interesting. Faster around most corners than all the other cars and a faster lap time than the Focus RS

Nurburgring, here I come  :signLOL:

Its crazy isnt it. Mid corner speed only matched by the stage 4 golf with circa 380hp which is circa 160hp more powerful :driver:

A Polo GTI is starting to make more sense. :scared:

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

How come you went for the bilsteins over say KW V3s etc.  Reading the apr polo gti page it seems they chose H&R as their coilovers in lieu of the kw options.

Fter having the KW V3's for 2 years and gone for Bilsteins now, i would chose Bilsteins anytime. So much more balanced driving with them and you can actually adjust all parameters with them fitted to the car

Over the top mod list ;o)

I had eibach coil overs ( KW dampers! ) and went through 2 sets of dampers in2 years. The Bilsteins were nothing short of excellent on my Golf after them, so I had absolutely no reason to doubt that they would be just as great on the Polo. Like Danish says, the ease of adjustability is so simple too.  :happy2:

Only just clocked this thread. The new Polos are rather nice.

Have you driven a Fabia VRS? Interested to know how it compares. I wasnt impressed at all by it (the VRS).

The New Fabia VRs is still based on the old Ibiza Platform. The Polo has a new chassis and suspension  :happy2:

Does the vrs and the cupra share the same chassis?

What's new to the polo chassis? Independent rears?

This car will be kept a close eye on that's for sure! You dont hang about! :)
