Eibach Pros on a Mk5 Gti
« on: October 08, 2011, 08:33:00 pm »
I am trying to make my Mk5 Gti ride as well as my Mk4 did on Eibach Pros and Koni FSDs.

Eibach now only seem to recommend Sportline springs for the Mk5 Gti, but that drops the nose too far for the roads I use.

So, has anyone fitted Eibach Pros to a Mk5 Gti and what did it do to the ride height?

Anyone got any advice?

Thanks

Beeps

Ive go them on my tdi mate. Before I got them I heard people say the ride quality is like stock. didnt really believe it would be, but it is awesome. lowering wise for me its spot on, but if speed bumps etc around my end wern't an issue I'd go sportlines

Heh Weston cracking looking car! - just to be sure, can you confirm that is on Pro not Sportline springs?

She looks low enough already!

Yeah definitely an Eibach Pro Kit, even drop all round. It's low enough for me, had to remove the screw in the front wheel arch but that's more to do with the wheels
