Yep if they're black they're B5 RS4 like Toms.

Nice honest brakes with plenty of power

You would be correct in thinking that, yes.  :happy2:

And they were lovingly looked after, came off the car regulary to be waxed and polished.

        This arrived today:pomppomp:

TC, have you got any pics of the other side of this, just wondering exactly how it is fixed to your bumper, if not do you know how the standard r32 valance is mounted?

Cheers

Tommy

So i put it here   :pomppomp:

The back end is complete now, Basically because there is nothing else left to change.

This is where it fixes to mate. Shows what's under the valance. Should give you a better idea:

TC's gets my vote for the best looking Candy White GTI on the forum.

Sorry, Mat and Chris, I like yours too but TC's has the edge.

Also they had to fit inside my 17in track wheels, which amazingly these do, just.  :chicken:

My final consideration was the usage, I plan to do the ring trip, maximum twice a year, and no more than 4 track days a year to add to this. So for me all this considered, and with a lot of research i decided that i needed something a bit better than the R 32/ S3 set up, but not something as mad as some of the big kits on here.  :happy2:
These should be pretty capable after all they have come off a heavier car with 330 BHP as standard.

well chuffed you got these as its opened up the market for me. I couldn’t justify 1500+ for a bbk yet, but  VFM wise I think this has to be one of the best kits available on the market, once I get the pads and discs it will only be a couple hundred more than a new S3 345mm setup.

So ive sorted myself out with set of these calipers/carriers/brakelines/dustshields. Jut need to save up and get some new 360x32 discs.  Don’t think ill bother with the drilled hardcore discs  though

Im presuming that with a disc this size the stopping power is going to be similar to that of a 4 pot with smaller discs. But for a lot less.

You have about the same amount of track time as me planned, With some track pads, good fluid, and braided lines I reckon these pads will be able to go for a good amount of time before we get fade.

Have you tried it on track yet TC
