Valeo LED how do i re-wire them for UK use?!

Ok, well I've scoured the net looking for answers, the best I've found was designed for US cars. on here i found a couple of threads but it didn't seem like anyone had a definitive answer? help?

Cut off the rear housing of the inner light set, then slip out and swap the lenses, then plastic weld, or glue gun the rear parts back on.
Easiest to cut the retaining clips off with a dremmel. :happy2:
