Engine Management and ESP light on and no power - Any Ideas?

Hi guys,
The engine management and esp lights are on and the car has no power and struggles to get over 4k rpm.
Could it be battery related?
Anyone got any ideas?

Limp mode??
You'll need to get your car scanned for fault codes.
