Finally done it, wireless syncing is so cool. However one song refuses to transfer. It says 'iPhone cannot play this song', so it won't sync it. Help please.

Finally managed to get it to update :happy2: No luck via the auto update in iTunes though but downloaded the IPSW file and did a manual restore.

Just waiting for it to reload my 163 apps now.

Gah. Updated it to iOS5 but it crashed when trying to select/deselect cloud and it didn't restore my apps  :fighting:

I've been up and running. Currently downloading all my songs again from itunes. Lost them when my laptop went and then used my netbook.

Lots of changes for the sake of change eg green send button in text, round toggle buttons in menus.

The detail is much appreciated especially as I'm not running on Lion yet and I think you posted earlier that to get to Aperrture 3.2 you had to be on Mac OS 10.7 but the detail says: "The update is recommended for all users of Aperture 3". The update option isn't showing when I run Software Update though  :confused:

anyone with 'me' managed to transfer it over to icloud yet?   fails everytime for me  :fighting:

its annoying as I have managed to wipe the contacts from my iphone last night after multiple attempts to install the software and now it won't sync with those on 'me'.

and finally where is this imessage service? is there a new app as I cant see it??

Its built into messages, if you know that someone else is running ios5 - it will say imessage in the text box before you type  :wink:

Migration is taking time due to high volume of people trying.

The iMessage is the text message. If you msg another iPhone on iOS 5 then it automatically changes to iMessage and the message bubble turns blue and says iMessage above.
