Visually, I can't believe this is a all-new model. Nice to see the return of the 328i though

What on earth is going on with BMW? Terrible styling and a range powered by four pots in various states of tune :stupid:

Whatever happened to the mid-range straight six sleeper?

Quite like the styling of that. At lease BMW are trying to differentiate themselves from the standard Euro Box..........

With regard the engine line up, it would seem BMW's main target audience in the UK is now fleet and as such we will always get the humdrum over the exciting more fuel hungry alternatives.

The only similarities between this 328 and the other is the badge!!

Still looks an impressive engine, 5.9 to 60, 44mpg and a low tax bracket  :congrats:

I fully expect that the M Sport models will look pretty good, but BMW desperatley need to stop using these over-Photoshopped press shots. They do the cars no favours.

I feel for the middle management suit that gets a 316d as a company car. 116bhp!

I like the look of that. Not as nice looking as the E46 imho. Put it this way, it doesn't look as awful as the new 1 Series, what were they thinking when they shaped the headlight units like that? Looks more like a korean eco-box!

Quite like that.

The 328i engine spec is stunning, I'll be looking for that engine in the 3 series coupe when I get rid of the golf :happy2:

Not many liked the first Mr Bangle 5 series but by the end of production they were everywhere!!

This will be the same after 12 months.

And no doubt 90 Grammes/km CO2 which is unfortunately for fleet what its all about, in the way that company car tax is calculated - its money in the bank for said middle manager
