i have few questions
« on: October 12, 2011, 05:55:39 am »
hi there, havent been on much recently just been enjoying the car :)

Right, i've fitted AP coilovers to my mk5 gti and it sits ok low, but the suspension is so dam bouncy! so when every turning hard and you hit a bump or the car bounces it hits the front arch! the set i went for was the £500+ set which im guess have no damper adjusters, to stiffen it up im going to need to get some with damper adjusters to be able to stiffen the front end so it doesnt bounce so much, which will prevent it from hitting the arch/inner arch?

also im looking for a place to take my car to be rolling roaded and remaped, but not just a plug in stage 1, because i have over engine mods on the car, Such as; TBE Straight through, Forge DV and soon a ITG Maxogen Induction kit.
Now is there and good plays about the essex area that are good and will health check and rolling road before and after for a reasonable price? (Not AMD essex)

Thanks, Joe.

....A classic sign of it not being setup properly and probably too low as well. Get it setup professionally. Why not AmD?

well i've read a few reviews and it seems there all about the money now not customer satisfaction, also have a few close friends that have had there car dynoed there then some where else and theres 20-30 bhp difference with the AMD Rollers. + i dont want to go the Generic Revo map, looking for a custom stage 1.5

Goin back soon for my stage 2 now I have the appropriate gear.

I have spoken to Dave in length, very knowledgeable and helpful even though I was asking advice about another tuners map, they have a branch in London (I think) so I may be paying them a visit.  :happy2:

Joe.

I thought R32 was a 345mm disc?  I would suggest that, that will be the biggest mate.
