Candy White Edition 30 5Dr DSG

My new Pride and Joy is an 08 plate Candy White 5 door, with DSG (Its great, im loving my first DSG box!), I was lucky to find this one (although i travelled for it lol) the previous owner was a little tick box happy when it came to the options list  
 
The 1st owner specced the following options:-

Bi-Xenons, Sat Nav & Premium Soundpack, Highline Comp, MFA Wheel, Sunroof, Centre Arm Rest with Ipod Prep, Privacy Glass, Rear Parking Sensors, Winter Pack, Luxury Pack 2 ( i think so anyway as the mirrors tint at night and im sure the passenger mirror moved down yesterday when reversing!, it does NOT have folding mirrors tho!?).

Previous owner owned a valeting company so you can imagine the interior was Immaculate, few scrapes on front splitter (along with loads of tiny stone ships which are getting fixed in 2 weeks time) and a scrape to rear bumper also being fixed at same time, otherwise its a tidy car.

Thanks for the link to guide ben looking for that lol.

Unfortunately i think either A, its not working, or B. IM not doing it right (More likely ther latter).

I copied the text exactly and followed instructions but i get a empty box with red X in it?.

Maybe need to re-size them?
