Yes, there was an accident! Quite bad as Simoncelli lost the front end of the bike and, it kept turning right and Colin Edwards collided with Simoncelli and his helmet came off in the collision! So they ancelled as Simoncelli is critical!

Hope he'll be ok and, thoughts go out to him!

Gulp. I remember many years ago a rider called Franco Uncini had his helmet forcibly removed by another bike and was back racing within weeks.
