Window Switch, Drivers Side Window not going down?
« on: October 23, 2011, 09:56:49 pm »
Hi guys,

The drivers side window has stopped going down from the switch inside. The passenger side from the same switch works perfect and if you use the fob and keep hold of the unlock and lock buttons both windows work perfect and go up and down fine. The inside switch will even raise the window if left down with the fob but just will not go down?

Any ideas?

Most likely the switch itself.  Pretty simple to change though I think you have to change the whole unit.

One of the rear windows is a bit temperamental on mine but I've just left it as it doesn't bother me.  When you have the window down and its raining the water on the roof will occasionally shower the window switches so I suspect thats what done for mine.
