Should be about 33-34PSI.

I thought Vreds were supposed to be higher pressure eg 41psi?

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

No, I remember someone contacted vreds asking this question and their response was to run them as per vw spec.

I run mine around 2.3-2.4 bar. Vw recommend 2.2 but I've always found tyres wear far better at the marginally higher pressure.

If it's at what VW recommend, surely its 2.6bar or 37psi?

I run them higher, around 41PSI. Find they can be understeery otherwise.

41PSI sounds a lot. More likely to get understeer with more pressure in the front tyres.

i was told by a Vredestein dealer to run 40 PSI and have done on both sets i have used up, and have experianced balanced tyre wear on all tyres with no handling issues.

It's more of a vagueness on turn it. The grip very well so putting more air in them tends to give crisper turn in feel.

I'm on my third set now and I'm not sure they're a tyre I'll buy again. The PS3s I tried were definitely worth the additional cost.
