Nice car, I'm in the process of fitting my Air Suspenion and was wondering where did you correct the ECU red power wire? It aint that long and without extending it I don't know wot to connect it to.

Ermmm im not to sure pal i had it all installed didnt i, allthough when we had all the interior out yesterday i did notice a thick red wire (Simalar to a sub wire) Running from front to back no idea how its got into under the bonnet though  :signLOL: :ashamed:

Thanks to Darren yesterday for helping (or rather doing :P) My headlining Mk6 arm rest and sliding cup holder! Looks a million times better ive just gotta sort the rear interior light not working and get my seats all connected up i need a warm bum in winter  :signLOL:!! Only got caught in 2 terrential down pours!........ Well i did stood on the drive whilst Darren and My mate where bashing the crap outta my pillars putting them back in  :signLOL: :happy2:!! Will get pics ASAP! O and the old headlining folded up into quite a nice little package!  :signLOL:

Same mate, I had leather in my last car but can easily say that i prefer the cloth.

Bit dissapointingly my Auto Electrician told me when he was sorting all the wiring for them (airbag light and annoying beep) that the seats are not heated! Was a little gutted when he told me this as as i previously mentioned i thought going from leather to cloth was slightly backwards but the fact they were heated made up for it !  :ashamed: Id been umming and arrring for them for ages! But as they were heated (non electric lumbar) id get em! So to kinda of de-spec my car slightly has peed me off a little! Wether they are Mk6 R seats or not!!!

The headlining also is going to have to come out again, as the ribbon on the headlining for all the lighting is faulty and not causing my rear interior light and sun visor lights to come on! So its going to be a trip to Leeds to see Darren again!  :signLOL:

So in an attempt to cheer my self up , i spent all saturday morning with my mate Ant of Wheel Repair Centre building my wheels up! We only managed to get one done in as obviously customers had to take priority (I carried on with removing silicone from the dishes! whilst he delt with his customers :fighting:)

Now when I was stripping them down I managed to round off 6 nuts, so I had orderd 10 spare gold bolts (to replace the poorer condition ones)  and 20 spare nuts (M7 nuts are a pain to get hold of) off Justmatz. Ill let the pictures do the talking but im over the moon with how they came out! I had no photoshops done of what theyd look like on the car just said “Satin Black” lol! As my thinking is it will go well with all my black plastic trim! :ashamed: Went to a motorcycle shop I visit quite often a bit later in the day and managed to find some gold valves, so there a nice touch to match up to the bolts! :xmaspresent: Fitted new stainless nuts and bolts on the centre cap (they had no nuts on the back last year and I kept losing the bolt as only two of them hold the centre cap on) Put the carbon centre rings I had on them to, but im still unsure wether to leave them on or not! Got some little grenade valve caps coming at some point again in satin black /gold combo and some in just satin black! As you can expect I CANNOT wait to get them back on the car! :jumping:
Pics!

Yeah im over the moon to how they came out! Considering there the first set of 3 peice splits ive done! All though Ant (the lad on the pictures who works at the wheel place, did the painting and polishing  ) - Its kinda a joint effort between us!  :happy2:

 :jumpmove:

Id never been a fan of the grey, but for last year the main aim was just to get the air fit and run it how it was near enough from buying it! Now its time to put make the car "Properly mine!" as opposed to someone elses which id just had air ride fitted to!  :rolleye:
