yeah we used to get quartily bonuses and some time a bonus in the new year if the company had a good turnover! we used to get little bonuses for setting up d/d or selling the homecare packages and things like that but wasnt very much unless you were really good at it, which i wasnt lol

Yep

I get an annual bonus, half linked to company performance and half linked to personal performance. My bonus elements are exactly the same as the chief execs.

My team have diluted versions of my targets. Every employee contributes to our results
