Took my kids round a few friends and families houses - they have enough sweetage to last a year. We've had about ten round to us this evening, my wife's goes mad buying sweets - I am eating the leftovers now.

I drove past some young people (chavs) and their idea of Halloween was to throw stuff (bottles etc) at cars passing by......brains of Britain.

What interests me is...........

Those with no kids are the only ones who are in, so have to stump up all the sweets/treats.

Now if there was a Stella night were me and my misses could pop round all those houses, dressed in a costume that took a lot of preparation and thinking (like the trick/treaters who buy just a £1 hat) I would be a happy chap.

Bring on Stella Night!

A "friend" of mine used to get so hacked off with the amount of little darlings knocking on the door up until 11pm each Halloween that he used to inject exlax into cadburys celebrations.

That was 5 years ago now and he hasn't had a knock on the door since.
