As for the price have a quick call to the dealer, as im sure I was only quoted around £350 for a new spoiler supplied and fitted It was a while ago though so my memory could be wrong.

..........i've got the same in my ED30,don't think it was a bad price as an option BUT you can bet as a replacment it won't be as cheap    . Hope it's fixed soon,have you a garage you could use?. My post code is a good low crime area but still goes in the garage every night.Good luck.

Very difficult but imperative to make sure there's absolutely no glass left in the car. Very gutting mate so hope you get it sorted ASAP.

UPDATE: new rear screen fitted  , rear spoiler not on...need a new one, have to get the bits from work for the spoiler! Does anyone know weather my insurance will say I need to pay my excess? It's £700 so may be cheaper for me to just pay for it, wasn't sure weather they will say its vandalism?
And the car has been dropped of with Paul at REVO for some new software to be developed

If your excess is £700 then i would just foot the extra as well if you can as long as it's not much more than that for the repair. Claimng off your insurance will put up your premiums for the next 5 years even though it is not your fault.

It might be cheaper for the insurance initially but your premiums will go up for at least the next year as a "claim", if not the next five years.
