How hard is it to change over the turbo?

If you have access to a lift then the replacement isn't too bad if you have the tools. It's possible to do with the car on axle stands but I wouldn't recommend it...

What where the finding of the log?

Is the ecu asking for the load and the hardware not giving it, ie N75 duty cycle 95%+

I would not fit a new turbo yet, not until you know 100% what this issues are.  We use scopes to look in to the turbo via the lambda boss and the DV location.

I have also found the D valves to leak and bleed boost off.

I'm going to get the car in the ramps on Saturday to check all pipe work and the divertor valve. I'm hoping it's just something simple

Had jody at midlandvw look at the logs, he says on standard map it seems to be boosting ok and meeting the request, but mapped it doesnt

From what I can see both tuned and stock maps are making the same top end load.  What fuel are you using?

Car is always ran with either v-power or tesco momentum.

Leak found in  pipe fittings to the original intercooler, they were missing the o-rings , causing boost leaks. It looks like when the twintercooler was fitted they left the rings out

New o-rings fitted and the car feels a lot better

Will get some logs done in the morning

That look almost identical to the map they sent me. Overboost pretty much all the time.

Basically stage 1 bluefin is great, they never, after 17files got it to actually run correctly on my car. Revo was perfect 1st time.

I am however not exactly qualified to say its defo the map thats causing your issue could be many other things im sure.
