and the story continues. Called a meeting with the service and after sales manager to complain and he emailed me to confirm a time and date. I arrived for the meeting but he didnt! He went to another meeting and never told me, so I waited at the garage for 30min before leaving!!
Definably contact VW UK and make your complaints with them, bypass the dealer full stop now, surprised you went back after the 1st thing!
Just ignore the dealer, keep all the contact you have made, print them out to start your own little case with evidence you can provide as and when needed.
