80k service on a DSG

does this seem about right to people?

did a search but nothing specific so thought id ask away :)

Too dear for the dsg oil change.

£150 in vw here in NI but negotiated down to extra £100 on top of service

I was quoted £150 to have the DSG oil changed.

In the end I did it myself, as even £150 is daylight robbery in my opinion.

£100 on top of a service is reasonable, as the oil and filter are expensive.

thanks for the replies, so the DSG is a bit high, i thought the service was way over the odds, surely its just oil and filters at 80k no?

£349 for 2 services and 2MOTS (can be paid monthly over 2years i think)

and the DSG service is right if it inc VAT
