TBH I wonder if this is the death-knell for Flash. It used to be a great way of creating websites but just gets buggier and buggier. I seem to have to update Flash on almost a weekly basis and quite often it's flash that's crashing my system.

Thats the problem, there are still lots of web pages that are not accessible to iPhone/iPad users

Its still going to take along while to kill of flash totally and replace all those pages with html5 which hasn't even got a standard defined yet

The problem is more that Flash is designed for PC & Mouse not touch screen smart phones. Considering that Adobe are killing off support for it in all new chipsets, browsers, OS versions etc i'd be surprised if any website drags it's heals in converting.

Remember that a lot of internet porn is still flash, and the standards has always been defined by the porn industry. VHS, cd and DVD as examples.
