D3s is very nice. D4 is only likely to have a few more mp's and full HD video, which is basically what Canon have just released with the 1Dx. Wish I could afford to use D3s/D4 but I need two identical bodies for what I do so it's mega bucks. I have to try and make a decent living out of it so not unless I put my rates up quite a lot (which is difficult in this climate) it's 100 series bodies for me.
