done it myself


















Not Bogged , all plastic welded together, took hours,

BCS next week for the turbo back,

How did you do it? soldering iron or something more powerful?
Would like to try mine again and smooth out that horrid lip too

soldering iron isnt hot enough mate.

used a 1500watt plastic welder. selling it now 155 quid.

just used that really then skimmed with plastic filler. them loads of coats of primer then hit with a solid colour.

would post a guide but tbh dont really want ever tom dick and harry having one coz then looses the uniqness ive only seen about 4 done, top cat being one.

I wanted to do it to my standard bumper for the smooth look but no one wanted to touch it. I would do it myself but dont have the gear or idea how to do it.

Small parts i spray is about my limit lol
