Not so much a new member, but a new car. I was on here a year ago,when I had a 3 door Ed30 for a couple of months, but had to sell it, kept hold of my Anni.
Anni gone.Owned Mk1 Gti's to Corrado Vr6 with a super charger, and a Mk2 gti 16v with a turbo technics conversion, and lots of other Vr's,Gti's etc over the years. Grown up and bought a 5 door,an like the fact the car looks standard, but goes so well.
Loving the integrated bluetooth,sat nav, and of course the way it goes. Brakes, are the first thing on the list. Bought from the forum,and bought from Justin, really sound guy, and put up with all my questions, and went out of his way to transfer warranty etc, so glad I found the forum and the right car.
Based near haverhill, there is a Gti in red around here, which does not look standard, I'll flash if I see you :)
