Anyone use a car cover?
« on: November 13, 2011, 11:03:04 pm »
Was wondering if anyone uses one and could recommend a good quality cover. I'm not being a tart, I'm having problems with a cat using it as a climbing frame. I came out this morning with cat skid marks where is had jumped off the wall onto the roof, then did abit of a tap dance before sliding down the windscreen and down the bonnet. All with grit and mud on its paws. Now apart from making the cat disappear (I would never be cruel to animals btw) I can't think how I can stop it doing it so need to protect the car somehow.

I would be livid!

I think the important points are; breathable so no mould, several layers with a super soft inner layer  so no rubbing on your already molestered paint  :happy2:

Me too. I've made the owner aware but can't see a solution apart from the cover.

You could try a cat scarer (sound based) got one in the garden as they kept sh*ting on the beds, works a treat. Only about £15

They hate the noise so won't come near it  :happy2:
VCDS cable HEX-USB+CAN. New but can do the basics including coding

Used a combo of Cat repellants, and sensing floodlights.. worked a treat...

£10 laser pen also helped  :happy2:

I've got one of those cat scarers in the front garden. I was getting loads of cat sh1t in the flowers beds aswell. Wants a new battery but will put in the back garden on the wall see if it helps.
