Awesome shots, looks like a great one. My favourite track ever. Save for the Ring, of course. I can't wait to get back.

Give us a run down of what you thought of the track and how the car went then!
Sideways yo!

I hate you all  :sad1:

Lol, that is the one track, i really really really want to go on.  Makes a change though, normally everytime i here of guys at Spa, they say it rained the whole time

What happened to your car on the saturday steve?  also how is the scirocco. what went wrong.

Also how did the VAg cars cope with the caterhams and porsches etc.  i can imagine your could easily have upset a few people

I can't explain just how good it is, especially from the top of the track where you can see the roof of the 3 story pit complex - it's such a massive difference in elevation around the track.
Sideways yo!

@ steve, which track day vendor did you use for the trip.

Id be keen to know how much the overall cost for a weekend like this would be.   Im fortunate that before i only lived 90 mile away from the ring, so never had to put up all the travel an accommodation costs that you guys do just to get there in the first place.

I want to do a spa/nurburgring/hockenheim trip next year before i go away again.

KPM arranged most of this for us, but the main costs where the track day @ £225 per day (Book a track hosted the track day), crossing with Euro tunnel was £110, chalet was £110 for three nights and then fuel/food/beer on top  :happy2:

So it works out the biggest outlay was beer.

thats not bad tbh(although only getting 15 laps on the saturday would suck ass big style)  how many laps did you get in on the sunday? .  Did you drive her over or tow it?  Id probably trailer mine tbh, just in case the worst happens.
