Think I read on here they had to change name?

Been meaning to contact them for ages as my foam lance leaks at the brass fitting :(  Think its too late to have anything done about it :(

There's already ptfe in it but I might strip it and re new it as i think its effecting performance.  Unless its one of the not so good foam lances

As far as I'm aware, they shut down. No idea why. People had great service from them and suddenly stopped receiving items, with no contact. Then the site went down. Jim and Taryn were great but no idea what happened nor why.

The GTI isn't just a machine. It's very much a living, breathing thing.

God knows what's happened to them, I can't say I'm very impressed with them, I recommended them to a friend and he is still waiting for goods he paid for months ago!

They have been messing people around for over twelve months now so can't say I'm surprised.

A real shame as when they were good they were very good, and as detailers go Taryn was as good (to look at) as I've seen!  :pomppomp:

 :signLOL:

Read on a sirrocco forum they were 'banned' and users advised to to deal with them.

From memory they were friendly and pleasant to deal with it obviously hasn't worked out.  :sad1:

True but I've met them in person a few times and they've seemed genuine. I wonder whether something's happened to cause their downfall eg family illness

Or problems similar to JKMs current predicament, given most people seem to think they were o a good nature and good to deal with maybe their good nature led to them being swindled my more fraudsters, maybe we'll never know

I agree Jaz, they are good people, I know Jim from my school days so was very surprised to hear that they had not supplied what had been paid for. Im pretty sure there would have been good reason for shutting up shop but it would have been nice if they had been better at communicating with customers.
I have a good idea why they may have wrapped things up so can understand the predicament they have been in.
