Press the info button ( to the right of the volume button ) and your screen should look like the picture above
Now press the button which is level with the words syst. settings ( the second button up from the volume button , the first button is the balance & treble settings button ( a picture of a music note ) and you will get a screen like above , and then press the 6th button up from the volume button . This is the language setting button , you will then get another screen which lists all languages , all you need to do I select , the language you want and whither its imperial or metric measurements i.e. miles per hr. or kilometres'
