hey guys got a r32 shifter but gave up on the fitting of it as i hear its risky and a pain in the A***! anyone done it? or fancy doing it for me??

Iirc It involves cutting the plastic rod inside , turning it and gluing it, personally I wouldn't do it.

I've been wanting to do this also, but don't have the guts to do it as per links below:

Personally i think it would be better to cut the shaft, drill both parts and place a threaded stud, that way when you want to return it to normal you just rotate it.

I looked in to doing this. When i saw what was involved i just thought it was far to much hassle to be worthwhile.

If it suddenly made the box change quicker i might consider it  :grin: But as has been said i'd just leave as is  :happy2:
