IIRC, the 2.5TFSI is circa £11k from Audi  :stupid:

Yup it is and that is just the base engine. No other bits. I reckon you would be looking around the £15k mark for all the other bits you would need. :surprised:

If so many older Golfs get Tfsi & 20vT conversions I wonder why we don't see any MkVs with 2.5 tfsi

Simply pure cost.

Imagine how much a 2.5TFSi block is  :scared:

I think it will be a while yet till we do. Unless i win the lottery this week then i'll be dropping one in my vRS

15k!

750hp 2.5tfsi's soon!

I'd rather have a 320bhp 2.0t that corners like a house fly... It would be cheaper too :-)

I hope they don't because it is a complete masterpiece!

I had a guy follow me in his shiny new R8 (V8) off the motorway the other day after we had a little play. 'How the f*ck were you pulling away from me then!!!' Hahahahaha!

Revo + 2.5 TFSI = Bucket loads of win

:happy2: No worries Garry, the engine is a peach, having driven a couple of TTRS's and the RS3 you won't be dissapointed. The noise is "orgasmic" just like the old rally quattro's of yester year...... :innocent:
Cheers,

Wayne
