265bhp is more like stage 2 turbo back power output.

290-300lbft is easy from a stage1 on stock exhaust if the power is comming in around 3000rpm with an agressive N75 map, then the 5252 dyno rule helps the numbers, ie the earlier the peak torque in the rpm range the greater the peak torque number for less combustion effort.  Its the higher flow that an issue with the stock exhaust and ko3 turbo, 240bhp is a realistic number imo



Your dyno graph is giving 60bhp for transmission losses??  Thats 30% of drive train loss added to the wheel power of 199hp, ( you could have a sticky front brake?)
 have you a graph of your stock power run or do you know what it ran stock?

K03 Tfsi I tend to see 225whp works out to around 258-260hp at the fly wheel which is around 15% losses for a 4th or 5th gear run.

But with ALL dynos its a lottery with numbesr, what counts is that your happy with the seat of your pants butt dyno results.   :driver:

I was looking at those power losses as well, 30% is very high. Our dyno dynamics will see around 228hp at wheels for a 260hp@flywheel car.

I will upload them when I get time, it ran 222.2bhp when I got there. But as you said I love it and I'm the one driving. I also see how people get addicted and very funny over print outs and power before now iv not been that bothered as I had a mapped tdi sport polo and have a mk2 gti 1.9 16v with cams exhaust Ect . That has been enough, Iv now been enlightened into 2.0 t power and dare I say I want More!!

I am happy you posted that, my old Bosch dyno seems to be working well then.   I know my dyno reads 1bhp more and 2lbft than JKM dd.
