High Pitch noise from engine bay ?

Hello every one this is my first post so i hope i have done this correct.

The problem i have is only when the car is hot i get this high pitched intermittent noise from the engine bay, to me it sounds like a dry wheel and this only happens when i am slowing down or stopped.

any idears its been in the garage today and needs to go back for tests.
