They havnt replied to my emails since friday which is very unusual for bluefin.

they are prepared to refund the stage 2 upgrade but not reset the handset so far

anyone got any advice how i can argue with them to get the handset for free??

tried arguing my case with the handset re-set but they wern't having any of it, tbh i wasnt expecting it as i bought the unit 2nd hand

should hear back tomorrow on how much to reset the handset as the guy who deals with this is out of the office today

iirc i sold mine for around £75 but it hadnt been reset.

Even with the reset and the £75 its still a saving on the normal price
