coilover help?
« on: November 29, 2011, 08:29:03 pm »
Hi there, I'm new to the forum after recently purchasing my mk5 gti.

First on my to do list are coilovers. I plan to spend around £500. So far the ones that stand out are the AP racing and APEX. I want to keep the car as comfortable as possible and dont intend to go really low. Also the car will not be used for track days etc.
So anybody have any experience with the above mentioned coilovers?
Any help and info is greatly appreciated.

Regards, Philip

My advice would be to Spend the cash on a good fixed hight setup instead of a cheap coilover kit. Unless you need the height adjustment?
