earth point for stereo?

fellow vw friends

i recently purchased an ipod loom from damo, and the lead comes with an earth cable.

now does anybody know where there is an earthing point behind my stereo ( rcd300 ) if asny. or a suitable place where i can put this wire.

not much of an electrician me  :rolleye:

I connected the earth to one of the radio retaining screws on the front.

yea i was kinda thinking connecting it to on of the screws actually on the stereo, but just wasnt sure if that would be sutiable or not
