We do 2-3 dpf deletes a week on the pd170 and power figures are typically 212-215hp and 320ft/lb.
Clutch will be ok as long as torque curve isnt too aggressive, the milltek dpf off pipe is a nice fit. Dont just cut open the dpf and remove insides as this sometimes causes a strange exhaust noise which is quite annoying, cut out the DPF and have a pipe made up.
My customers report that mpg is better, drive is better and feels more eager to pull in higher rpm. Cant think of a downside to it tbh. (apart from higher emissions)
