There's a list of parts here http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,10291.0.html

Here's an idea of how it is routed http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthread.php?4146014.

Don't forget you'll need a wiring loom from Kufatec and VCDS to enable it and also low washer level warning.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

When I did it I routed the wiring in from the drivers side where there's a grommet nicely positioned near where you want wires to go (you'll have to remove the wiper arms and scuttle panel) as I doubt the loom is long enough to go via the grommet behind the battery.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
