Perky's TR GTI
« on: December 02, 2011, 07:46:33 pm »
I have been registered on this site since I bought my GTI 8 weeks ago.
I have managed to get a few pics together & get them loaded up.

The car is a 2005 gti with 41k miles, FSH, only factory extra's are speaker upgrade, changer under arm rest, Auto lights/wipers.

In the last 8 weeks I have had the side skirts colour coded, front & rear bumpers have been colour coded with some gloss black trims.
I have had the wings repaired under warranty. I also experimented with the rear lights in the boot being illuminated, turned out ok.

these are normal lights - no LED's fitted

I had to drill holes in lights & unfortunately the swarf has collected in the inside of the Lenses which yo can see in the daylight.
This is why when I fit new lights I won't be doing this mod again
