Part number help for lost clip
« on: December 07, 2011, 11:01:45 am »
I've lost a clip whilst removing a piece of trim from the drivers side footwell.

The clip threads on to a screw which can be seen here.

It then slides on to the back of a piece of trim which sits right next to the accelerator pedal, The trim acts almost as a footrest.

If anyone could take a look on ETKA or knows the P/N that would be fantastic. The parts guy at my local dealer can't find it and assumes it must be part of the trim P/N. The car is a 2007 ED30.

Fab5Freddy,

Thanks pal for having a look but is that the clip listed as no 35 on the diagram of the lower A-pillar drivers side? If it is I've ordered that one and it's not the right clip cause the one I'm after is plastic. 1K0 864 247 is a metallic triangular clip similar to those used on door sill trims.

Yeah number 35

Thought that was the one :sad1:

The only other clip i can see is N 902 577 03

Might be worth a shot

EDIT** Also just found N 106 567 02 ( NO. 51 ) looks more like the plastic clip you describe  :happy2:

I've had a look at the two you've mentioned in post no 3 but one of them is just a cover and the other is the bolt itself in the floor plan.

I've ordered the trim on the premise that if it doesn't include the clip they won't charge me for it.
