Rolling Roads for your MK5...
« on: December 08, 2011, 12:35:33 pm »
Hi guys, time for a dyno run.

Awesome is nearest to me (I think) but was just wondering which other well respected tuners have rollers up and down the country which we regularly use - PDT, JKM, AMD?

Who have I missed out - Jabba? R-Tech?

Not 100% sure on the Awesome rollers at the moment. bhp seems spot on, but the torque figures were high when I was there a few weeks ago.

I got 274lbft of torque at Awesome and 232lbft of torque at Statllers with the same software/hardware settings.

RSTuning is a good call. Been there a few times and are always realistic figures. :happy2:

My advice would be to choose one dyno and stick to it for your tuning figures/gains and then use others for dyno days

Shark performance use bapro rollers which give around the same outputs as dyno dynamics,

Statllers have a dyno too.  :happy2:

It's the one I use to benchmark my performance mods.
