I feel your pain Mike. Went over (or more like into) a massive pothole the other day. The noise was dreadful. Thankfully no damage to suspension or new tyre, but another nick on the Monza 2!

I suffered leaking shocks on my V64Motion afew years back, caused by potholes. The council didn't want to know.

Every time I have driven to Europe and return to the UK up the M20 (I always use Eurotunnel) it strikes me exactly the same way - It's such a downer and worse at only 70 mph too.

I completely agree, England is rubbish and that is the reason why my wife and I have set the wheels in motion to emigrate to Canada. We have submitted our application under the points based scheme and have opted to settle in Vancouver but will consider other locations.

....Vancouver has everything you could wish for. Plus it's just down the road for any trips into America. I wanted to emigrate there about 20 years ago and even had a job but my (now ex) wife didn't want to leave England  But, the UK isn't all bad and it's important to enjoy life wherever you live.
