Latest/best DV?

Does anyone know what the latest diverter valve VW have out is? Though it was the revision 'D' bought now I'm reading stuff about a 'G'? Whats the difference between the two? Thanks  :smiley:

The latest is a piston where the previous still used a diaphragm

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge in this area but I take it that the piston is better than the diaphram?

D replaced G (yes its lower, but different design hence a different letter)

Piston is better than diaphragm as it cannot split.

.... but D valves can leak, whereas the rubber ones won't ( if in 100% working order)
