SAD Lamps

Lights to treat SAD. Anyone got one? If so what do you think of it? These short days are starting to get to me.  :sad1:

I used this one throughout my A-Levels and University. It used to sit on my desk and I'd use it for a few hours a day. They're a very good investment if you find your brain isn't producing enough serotonin during the winter months.

Bloke at work had one, we used to tape it up so just a small slit of light was showing................

i work nights, was thinking of getting one as at the moment its dark when i wake up and dark when i drive home!
