ARB question....
« on: December 12, 2011, 10:16:24 pm »
For those of you with just a rear anti-roll bar and WALK fitted to your car what setting have you got the bar set at? soft - medium - hard? Is the soft closest to factory stiffness?

Thanks
Dave

I have WALK and both front & rear H&R arbs, my rear bar is only 2 way adjustable though and on its softest setting is still stiffer than the stock bar, i have it set to hard as i like the way it drives in conjunction with the front bar set to soft  :happy2:

Dave mine is on the middle setting on my autotech rear bar. Handles well and seems relatively neutral compared with the nose heavy nature of a totally stock car.

Thanks Rich.... got an autotech bar waiting to go on once the WALK turns up  :driver: from what i've read on here it gets rid of most of the understeer which is what i'm after

Thanks
Dave

Mine's the autotech ARB, like it very much even on the softest setting, feels better than stock.
Also changes the feel of the car, thought the front tyres were flat at first  :scared:

On the plus side it doesn't take too long to fit the walk. When I get any news i will put it up.

Yeah waiting on my WALK from Rob as i ordered it with my autotech RARB but unfortunately it wasn't in stock as he thought so a little bit of a delay, just means waiting an extra week to get it fitted as i don't wanna have allignment done twice  :signLOL:

Getting ECS subframe bolts/spacers fitted too as a few bolts were 1/4 turn loose and hoping it'll cure some of my knocking noise  :popcornsoda:

Not 100% sure mate but thought i'd wait to get it all done in one hit just in case as allignment aint cheap and combine labour costs too  :xmassmiley:
