Polishing monza IIs?

Unfortunately I dont have winter wheels to put on just now so these have to face the seasons! On the polished surface there is almost a white coating, which I think is salt.

It comes off slightly using auto gylm deep shine, but it looks like it should come off a lot easier, does anyone know what I could use?
