Help needed, Please

long story short, I attempted a midline to highline cluster swap. It did not work so re-installed my original cluster.

Now I have a few errors, G85 Basic settings lost, G200 basic settings losts, TPMS keeps flashing on the dash, No Power steering, Power assist lost basic settings. Any idea's about the EVAP error would be great too.

I will post my report from VCDS 11.11, afterwards the links I have tried to get this to work. Still no further to a resolution, Don't want to have to send the car into the stealerships unless it has to go.

Don't worry about the CD changer error or Xenon error. Waiting for new D2S bulb and igniter from VW at present. CD changer coding was due to trying to get AUX working on an RCD300.

You have started the  function test and that needs to be finished.

Then you need to start basic settings for the G85 and G200

Lateral Acceleration Sensor (G200)

Prerequisites:
 
System voltage at least 12.0 V.

 

[Select]
 [03 - Brake Electronics]
 [Measuring Blocks - 08]
 Group 004
 [Go!]
 Check field 2, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 m/s².
 [Done, Go Back]
 [Coding-II - 11]
 OR (if Coding-II is not available)
 [Security Access - 16]
 Enter 40168, to enable the basic setting.
 [Do it!]
 [Basic Settings - 04]
 Group 063
 [Go!]
 Activate the Basic Setting.
 [ON/OFF/Next]
 After a successful basic setting, field 2 should say "OK".
 [Done, Go Back]
 To make sure the basic setting was succesful, check the sensor again.
 [Measuring Blocks - 08]
 Group 004
 [Go!]
 Check field 2, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 m/s².
 [Done, Go Back]
 [Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

Then for the G85

Sensor for Steering Angle (G85)

Prerequisites:
 
Start the vehicle.
Turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.
Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.
 If the steering wheel is straight during the test drive then stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight.
 Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again.
Keep the engine running and do not switch off the ignition.
System voltage at least 12.0 V.

 [Go!]

Thanks for that Eddie-NL,

What is the function test you are referring too?

I have done all the settings you have posted a few times. No success.
So I guess I'll have to get the function test completed too.

One other thing is the TPMS light on the dash keeps blinking too.

Well the steering assist and ABS now works, but the TPMS still keeps flashing,
And ESP still does not work. I scanned the car these errors remain.

According to Ross-tech I need to run the G200 adaption,
I can login in "coding-II" no problem.

When I select coding - 04
Group 063 - go
It reads fine as soon as I Click "on/off/next" I just get presented with an error.

I'm guessing here, but that is the lateral sensor in the SWCM? so by upgrading my steering wheel control Module.
As I want MFSW, This might be able to sort it out?

Only I guess here, but then the error does show in ABS thou.
