No it's the new roadcar mate. It was on how to build a supercar a few weeks ago on BBC2

Brilliant!  Been watching Master-chef, and some of the art created was phenomenal!

Rillette is mega Robin. It's like a shredded meat 'pâté' (just meat no liver) thinking of doin it for chrimbo lunch starter :-)

Try this for a change to pork. It's excellent  :wink:

Rillette Duck

Duck leg meat (deboned & diced)
Garlic confit
Duck fat
Bouquet garni
Juniper berries
Green peppercorn

All ingredients in to pot, cook SLOWLY and flake the meat during cooking with a fork, leave in fridge for 24 hrs to infuse

Nice. I got my nephew on an apprenticeship at the local De Vere hotel.
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)
