Duck leg meat (deboned & diced)
Garlic confit
Duck fat
Bouquet garni
Juniper berries
Green peppercorn
All ingredients in to pot, cook SLOWLY and flake the meat during cooking with a fork, leave in fridge for 24 hrs to infuse
