Nice. I got my nephew on an apprenticeship at the local De Vere hotel.

Tell him to make sure he sticks at it. He's alot of hard years ahead ( hopefully not to many Ramsey type P***ks)

It's all worth it in the end  :happy2:

Saying that i wouldn't recommend it to my little en  :signLOL:

I'll be honest, I don't think he has the push or temprament to make it - I hope he does and really hope he proves himself.
He hates being told what to do by the young commis, I keep telling him that's the hierarchy of industry and if he gets his head down that'll be him soon enough!

I won't tell my mrs you're handing out recipe tips - all she watches on TV is cooking programs - Masterchef, MAsterchef NZ, Masterchef Australia, Masterchef Professionals...I have to watch the same Top Gear episodes a few times to balance the equilibrium!
Used to have Edition 30 - number 009 and a GT TDI 140.
Now have an S4 B8 Avant (stage 2)

Yeah doesn't sound great, if he can't handle being told what to do then he's in the wrong game i'm afraid

Let's be honest nobody likes being told what to do, but it's a rank and file system and it has to be that way

If you can get him to focus on the fact that knowledge is key. Learn, learn, learn as much and as fast as he can and he'll soon move through the ranks and earn the respect of his peers. Graft is the key to move up in this business

A-site mate. Vast bulk of our work is carried out on 58, 57 and 55-bed along with Stennis (and Stennis 2 when it's built). We also cover Toulouse, TAESL, HAESL, SAESL, N3 and any other worldwide beds that can't support any dynamic measurements.
If you have to ask why, you'll never understand.
